1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • No signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (if applicable).


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
